This error has been happening for 80% of the time when my laptop is shutting down or restarting. It started few days ago when I removed everything and reinstalled windows. I then refreshed my laptop couple of times but the problem is still persisted. I updated windows and all devices are up to date. Restarts are also slow when it does restart properly.
When I tried updating to windows 8.1, it would stop at "setting up 82%" and had to hold the power button to turn off the laptop couple times.
