    BSOD After Installing NVIDIA Drivers

So I have been to 2 other forums and have gotten zero answers. Here is my BSOD zip file:

    Attachment 64137

I recently had a BSOD while attempting to open NVIDIA nTune, which was probably just a bad idea anyway, but I'm pretty sure it's related.

To sum up the main issue, whenever I install a NVIDIA driver for my new build, the driver installer asked me to restart, but when I do, it crashes my system completely and I get a BSOD right after the windows logo/loading symbol appears and disappears. The error reads "DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER". 90% of the time Windows will attempt to boot twice and perform an automatic repair in which it disables all the NVIDIA drivers.
I have attempted to install only the graphics driver (none of the unnecessary 3d or physX stuff) but I have made no progress.
I've also been trying to install the basic nvidia driver via windows update (an update from February) but windows update just keeps failing to do, well, anything.

I appreciate any help. I've been looking for answers for three days now, this is a new build I made just for gaming and I can't even play any games on it...

    Specs:

    Gigabyte GTX960 WF OC
    Intel 4690k
    ASUS Z97-E
    Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB)
    Rosewill Photon-550

Like I said, I have gotten zero answers so far. My posts usually go unnoticed. I have done a lot of googling but nothing ive seen in other forum posts has worked.

I thought their answers were total useless.

According to the dumps, you have 2 Nvidia drivers
nvvad64v.sys Thu Jul 2 04:12:51 2015 (55949E23) which is the Nvidia Virtual Audio driver
nvlddmkm.sys Wed Jun 17 07:36:26 2015 (5581075A) which is the Nvidia Video driver and the cause of the BSOD's.

Please remove this driver, nvlddmkm.sys, and install the drivers from your manufacturer.

You mean Gigabyte, right? Because I have already tried that.
. It gave me the same BSOD, and I tried several times. It's the same driver, it just says gigabyte on it, haha...

I don't mean any program, I mean the driver.

Also, its not recommended to install drivers via a program.
Its best to manually download and install drivers to be sure its done properly.

Huh? That's what I said... The drivers from gigabyte are the same, or they at least have the same result. I have uninstalled and reinstalled them from both NVIDIA and gigabyte several times.

OK, then please install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, the free version. Make sure you uncheck the trial at the end of the installation and run a full scan.
Reason for this is because malware is possibly another cause of the BSOD you receive.

NVIDIA nTune is massively deprecated software. It's latest version is from 2007... You might have broke something by messing with it. I'm not going to research what registry entries and other modifications ntune makes, don't have a proper test machine at the moment.

Your display driver is definitely the culprit. "nvlddmkm.sys"

Make sure you're using WHQL drivers from NVIDIA. Don't use geforce experience to update drivers, ever. Download them from NVIDIA's site.

Completely uninstall your old NVIDIA sriver and do a "clean install". (tick the box when you install drivers.)

This is a new build, so I doubt its got to do with viruses, but I will try it. Unfortunately it is very late here now, so I will do it in the morning and report back. Thanks
