    My windows 8 won't start windows

    Can someone help me I tried to factory reset my pic and it said files missing your reinstaliation disc woill have the missing files so I put my cd in and now I have bsod and I think it's because my windows 8 is stuck tring to install its self because when I go to safe mode it says windows can't finish install in safe mode any help would be appreciated
