Solved Windows 8 DPC_Watchdog_Violation

Hey..I am hoping someone can give me a hand here because I am all out of ideas. I have tested every subsystem of my PC that I know how.. done mem, cpu, video, disk, stress testing and everything I could think of outside of windows to try and discover a problem.. They all passed. However inside of Windows 8 I keep getting this dpc watchdog violation blue screen then the system resets. It seems like it only happens when I am multi-tasking, things like having IE or Chrome open with multiple tabs(happens with either) or some times just an intensive webpage. At first I thought it was my video card but I can run games just fine for hours. I would really appreciate some help because it is really killing my productivity to be scared to open more than one tab at a time.

Attached are the logs and stuff, here are my system specs:
i7 920 2.67ghz
12GB RAM 1600mhz
OS Drive Intel X-25M 74gb - Few other backup and storage drives.
NVIDIA GTX 460
Linksys Wireless PCI Card
Windows 8 RP 8400

Thank you for your help.

That's a whole pile of memory dumps!!! I'm only running the last 10 (from the last 2 days)

I've seen a lot of these errors be due to antivirus software (most commonly AVG) - so uninstall your antivirus software and try MSSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) temporarily: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

ASACPI.sys dates from 2005 - this version is a known BSOD cause in Win7 systems. You must update it. Visit the Asus website and download the ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver. If unable to locate it, please post back with the exact make/model of your motherboard (or make/model of the system if it's an OEM build)

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Some free alternatives (I don't use them, so I can't comment on them)
KernSafe iSCSI initiator, Virtual CD/DVD-RW Emulator, Virtual Encryption Disk and Virtual CD/DVD-ROM Emulator All-in-One free software.
MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

Win8 RP Compatibility Center: Windows 8 Release Preview Compatibility Center: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads

Lot's of older drivers on your system. I've highlighted them in RED below. Please update them immediately. More info is available at the links below the driver listing:

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

If you experience odd problems with your system - post back and we'll walk through reinstalling ASASCPI.sys using a later version.
We'll need the exact make and model of your system (or of your motherboard if it's a custom build).

Also, ensure that the SSD firmware is fully updated and that your storage drivers are the latest available.
In particular, outdated Marvell drivers have caused issues with SSD's in the past.

I am still having a rather strange issue. I have updated to the newest nvidia release but I can't tell where the problem is coming from for this. Any site that uses CSS like twitter comes out with garbled looking text like this: View attachment 6912
I have calibrated clear text and have tried it on multiple browsers. I hoping this is a known problem with Windows 8 cause I am stumped.

This reminds me of a font issue - where the font doesn't seem to be the right DPI for the screen DPI.
Haven't seen it often, and it's usually a either video drivers - or the different font settings/display settings in the Display settings.

I'd suggest posting over in the General Discussions forum for some experts with more experience in this.
