BSOD at startup after Windows updates (0xc000021a)

Hello, some time ago i get a update from Windows which have some relation to win 10 update, and it caused my SFC/scannow to stop working properly. I tried a method to restore it but the problem persisted, yet system was stable then i leave it be. That problem was very related in forums.

Today i see there were 15 new updates and i decided to install it, but after restarting it keep BSOD'ing at startup then restart and bsod in a infinite loop.

I tried using the Windows 8.1 installer from USB and restore to a old date but the problem persist.

Fortunately i have Windows 10 installed on another partition and using that for now. Is there something else i can do to try restore my Win 8.1 system?

    Thanks.

No. The system keep rebooting giving a fast blue screen and restarting. I used USB win 8.1 installation and tried restore, fix startup, CMD SFC/chkdsk, starting with sgnature driver disabled but nothing works. Tried enter safe mode by startup settings with F4 and it give same blue screen and restart.

Blue screen is too fast and cannot see the code, but i recorded the screen to get it with video and the code is 0xc000021a. I research about it and find no solutions.

I think only way is formating, but i will yet make some backups.

Are you able to start windows with command prompt?
If so, enter "wmic qfe list" without the quotes to get a list of all installed updates ordered on number and try removing the updates with wusa /uninstall /kb:[number]

When you say starting Windows with CMD is you talking about command prompt inside troubleshoot/advanced options? If so, then yes.

Yes, that is indeed what I mean.
If the updates are truly the cause, then you might be able to uninstall them this way and do research before installing them again.

I can't open this file in command prompt, but try this in command prompt c:\windows\windowsupdate.log where c is the partition of windows, if you have another letter partition for windows change c to that letter.

I hope it opens the log of windows update, if it opens search for "install failed" (without quotes) and notice the error.

So for the day which i made updates, yesterday 19/07/2015 there is a lot of "failed" in the log, but none "install failed".
