BSOD waking up after sleep SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Hi there
Windows 8.1 freshly installed on new PC was in sleep. I waked it up and put my 3G key at the same time.
Computer crashed.
After the crash my keyboard (Logitech G510) settings were resetted. My internet key was not working either, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now my pc boot is slower, not a lot slower but having a ssd it is frustrating.
