Clock_Watchdog_Timeout BSOD at random times

I built my rig last year around this time and everything has been going fine when all of a sudden i have been getting clock_watchdog_timeout BSOD and i would love some help on how to solve this problem even if its confirming i need to replace my cpu thanks in advance.
