Under 'Installed Updates' in Control Panel (Windows), I have 57. These updates will be sent to you via PM in a .txt file.

To fix this issue manually, until blueelvis has solved it, create a folder called blueelvis in the following directory
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\

If your OS partition has another letter, change C to that letter.

I've tried that, but it's only gotten a bit further before the same error occurs.

The attachment which you sent via PM is not working
57 updates is really low since most of the Windows 8.1 systems have around 150+ updates installed. Please visit Windows Update and make sure that you have applied every update (Including the Optional ones).

Hmm. There is a possibility that this is a connection problem. In case the BSOD happens again or some weird problem crops up again, please notify me. I would also suggest you to take a backup of the system, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for testing it out . I have uploaded a new version so hopefully, the problem is resolved now. Could you give the below one a try and upload the ZIP file?

It still crashes, I'll update my system and get back to you.

Open admin command prompt and enter sfc/scannow.
Please upload the results after you rebooted when the command is finished.
