Solved Frequent BSOD occurring on my Windows 8.1 pro Laptop?

I'm new to the forum,
recently i'm getting BSOD on my 1 month old laptop with same error code.
I've noticed it happens usually while running BlueStacks with chrome on background.
Error code: Reference_By_Pointer

But it has been solved.
It was NETWORX application that caused the problem of BSOD.
I have to untick the Ignore LAN traffic option to solve it.
