    Automatic repair coud'nt repair your PC problem


    Hi, kindly help me pls. my laptop cannot proceed to my desktop.

    Kernel data inpage error always occurs recently and now my laptop coud'nt proceed to desktop.

    And now my laptop goes like this below.

    1. Opened my laptop. With a message "Preparing automatic repair"
    2. "Diagnosing your PC"
    3. A Blue screen with a message "Automatic repair could'nt repair your PC"
    Has 2 option "shut down" or "Advance option"

    4. I choose " advance option".
    5. I choose "troubleshoot"
    6. ........then i choose "refresh".
    7. ..."The drive where the Windows is installed is locked. Unlocked the drive and try again."

    So now, im stock and cannot access my desktop. Please help me with this.

    When you choose 'troubleshoot', do you have an option to restore windows to a date when this problem didn't occur yet?

    Do you have a disk of windows 8?
    If so, try automatic repair from the disk.

    my windows 8 is pre-installed mr axe, i do not have a disc..

    Are you able tot boot into safe mode?

    No when i choose the safe mode it just return to the cycle below,
    1. "Preparing automatic repair"
    2. "Diagnosing your PC"
    3. A Blue screen with a message "Automatic repair could'nt repair your PC"
