I have 2 Dell machines, a Latitude 6430 and an Alienware Aurora. They both are getting this BSOD. This happens mainly on shutdown but also when trying to sleep or hibernate. I turned hibernate off on the Alienware and this problem still occurs. Since both machines are getting this BSOD they must have something in common, I just can't figure out what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The Dump logs for both computers are attached.

Sorry for such a delay, we are pretty short handed at the moment.

Your second upload is an empty folder (KURT-WIN8)

The first is pointing to your VPN software driver,

Code:
BugCheck 9F, {3, ffffe0003955ce50, fffff803a8b1d960, ffffe0003f599e10}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\dsNcAdpt.sys, Win32 error 0n2

You can see if there's an update,

Here's the second file again. I'm still having the blue screen on my laptop. The desktop seems okay now.

This is a well known troublemaker,

Code:
Unable to load image \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks\HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys
 HD_Hypervisor_amd64+0x8c20

Try uninstalling Blue Stacks.

Your Nvidia driver also got flagged in one dump,

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys

    Timestamp: [COLOR="#FF0000"]Wed Jul 22 17:15:19 2015 [/COLOR](55B03217)
    CheckSum: 00AAF49B

I notice this is a W10 system too, just try removing BlueStacks for now, those are the only things out of the four dumps jumping out right now.
