I think it might be a problem with the graphic card (gtx950m) driver

    Thanks for your help

    Hi mikel1,

The link to the dump file is not working. Kindly follow the below instructions and upload the ZIP file along with your next post -

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

By any chance you updated the graphic card driver? That may be the cause of it. Read the below post which I have created -
TDR Fix (For AMD & NVIDIA Users) - OMG Debugging!!!

Looking forward to the ZIP file. Please upload it via Forum attachments.

    Hi mikel1 ^_^,

The above attachment worked fine. The link which you sent via PM was flagged by ESET as malicious so I would suggest you to stay away from that host
I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

    Irp Extension present at 0xffffcf816fd3efb0:

We see that the NVIDIA driver is responsible for causing the crash (Actually, in every crash). But wait, what's this? -
    Code:
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP
Why have you enabled Driver Verifier? This is the reason why your system is crashing. Till you are not instructed to turn this on, please disable this by typing the below command in an Administrator Command Prompt (See **here** on how to open CMD as Admin) -
    Code:
    verifier /reset
Once you have disabled it, let me know how it goes ^_^

    Hi mikel1 ^_^,

Kindly disable it by following the instructions from my previous post. Hopefully, the below procedure would get rid of these BSODs.

    Follow the below instructions -
    1. Please download the Display Driver Uninstaller from **THIS** link and run it to remove your currently installed NVIDIA Driver.
    2. Once it has removed the driver, please reboot the system. Don't worry about the display in case it is appearing a little weird.
    3. Once the system has booted up, download the driver from **THIS** link and install it.
    4. Kindly follow **THIS** link and disable the NVIDIA Streaming Service.

    Check for BSODs.

Let me know in case of any further problems ^_^

Hmm. The instructions which I have provided to you work with most (Like 99%) of the laptops. Have you upgraded to Windows 10? Did it solve your problem?
