BSOD while playing games WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hi ,
I built my PC 4 months back
Specs :
Processor - i7 4790K
Motherboard - Asus Z97 A
Graphic Card - Gigabyte G1 GTX 970
RAM - 2*4GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU - Corsair RM 750
OS - Windows 8.1
I face BSOD with Error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR without any specific error code while playing intensive games (ex. Witcher 3, Project CARS , COD Advanced Warfare , etc. AC Unity *when desynchronized*)
This happens often while playing within 5-10 mins , but sometimes it runs fine for hours
Please try to help me with this issue , i have attached Performance and Diagnostic stats as instructed

PS:
Previous Issues : One of the motherboard's processor encasing's pin (last 4th row , last column pin) was not in proper place and a bit bent, this lead to 2 of the MoBo RAM Slots A1 A2 to not work , i bent it back and applied new thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) and the RAM slots started to work
