BSOD then frezzing ..

i have windows 8 on a laptop and first i got bsod the error for nvidia card then i format it then i got bsod with these error :
C:\Windows\minidump\090613-26875-01.dmp
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-125015-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
after that i uninstall killer driver for the wireless and nothing changed..
now my problem is when i leave my laptop for like 20 min it freazes and i have to force it to power off ..
