BSOD at random times during use. 0x0000009f bug check code

Hi guys,
This is a fairly new laptop, a Lenovo Y70-70.
There was previously an unknown problem which was fixed with an OS refresh. The OS refresh was about 3, maybe 4, weeks ago.
The problem right now is that I've had a BSOD 3 times in the last week. All have been DRIVE_POWER_STATE_FAILURE s.
The happen seemingly randomly, the most recent one (today) happening about 4 hours after start-up. If there's anything else I need to post, please tell me so. I'm decently good with computers, at least usually, but this is a new expensive laptop, and I'm currently under some exam stress so I'm panicking a fair bit.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
