Windows 8.1 Pro BSOD once on every startup

As the thread title says, my newly installed windows 8.1 system usually encounters a BSOD once during startup, at which point it restarts and then works normally until I turn it off.
I've also noticed that if I turn it back on again within a few hours of turning it off it does not encounter a BSOD.
I intially suspected faulty memory to be the culprit, however I ran 4 passes of memtest86 yesterday and no errors were found.

There is no OC enabled via BIOS.

So this is still happening, today it encountered 3 BSOD's before working which is unusual. It seems that dump files were only generated for two of them though. Does anyone have any advice here? I've attached the latest files below.View attachment 62481

Kindly follow the below steps -
  1. Kindly update the drivers highlighted in RED since they are very old.
  2. I see that the BIOS you are using is very old (Dated to 2011). According to **THIS** website, there is an update to your BIOS. I would suggest to update the BIOS since the latest update improves the compatibility with Windows 8. Please note that flashing BIOS is a very risky procedure and even a slight mistake can turn your motherboard into a paper weight (A big one :0 )
  3. If you are still facing problems, kindly turn on Driver Verifier according to this **GUIDE**. Once it is turned on, le it crash the system for some times and after that re-run the DM Log Collector utility and upload the freshly generated ZIP file.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
