I've been encountering this error every time I try and restart my PC. I realize the fault has something to do with an "incorrect" driver, however I am uncertain as to which one could be causing the problem.

Can someone please provide me with feedback as to what could be causing this error and how I can go about solving it.?

Thanks!

Hello Ariela, I'll take a look at your dumps and see if I can help solve them.

It's showing in your 0x9F that you have both AVG and BitDefender installed? Both are showing as problematic, not surprising as more than one AV program is not recommended due to the fact they can and will conflict with each other and cause issues such as this.

Code:
ffffd000`27764068 fffff800`a0efe9a2Unable to load image \??\D:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware Antivirus\Antimalware Engine\3.0.98.0\gzflt.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for gzflt.sys[/COLOR]
 gzflt+0xb9a2

Code:
ffffd000`27763fe8 fffff800`9d81df10Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avgidsdrivera.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[COLOR=#ff0000]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgidsdrivera.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgidsdrivera.sys[/COLOR]
 avgidsdrivera+0x1df10

Uninstall both AVG and BitDefender completely and use the native Windows Defender coupled with MalwareBytes for testing purposes.

Note   Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing MalwareBytes.

Hello Ariela, I'll take a look at your dumps and see if I can help solve them.

Hey there Boozad! Thank you for your help and for the advice. Currently I have AVG as well as Adware. I'll uninstall them both and switch to Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. Personally I think Malwaresbytes does a much better job than AVG, whom I consider to be a paranoid pain. I do not have BitDefender though.

Apologies, the driver gzflt.sys belongs to Lavasoft Ad-Aware, not Bitdefender. Please uninstall that program.
