Solved BSOD when I boot, it says INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

can't boot into safe mode, keep getting BSOD.

As i said in the title, whenever I boot it pops a BSOD with INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error. Even when I want to boot into Safe Mode, which usually works in Windows 7, it doesn't in Windows 8.1 as I want to use the DM Log Collector. I have a HP ENVY 15-k024tx model though. Please help it's been 2 hours with no success, even using System Restore.

Nevermind, I managed to do a fresh install on it and it works like day one purchase.
