I have been getting Blue screen since the first day really have no clue, Window 8 has asked to do a repair many times and when finally did it my office software got uninstalled with the antivirus was removed also and other Apps ,this was not a fix to the "frown face screen" :( The file has many dump files .
Just wondering if I can please be advised Thanks for your time Greenguru

Test your RAM modules for possible errors. Run memtest86+ for [hl]at least 8 consecutive passes[/hl].

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the results. If possible, a camera snap of the memtest86+ screen before closing the program would be good.

:rolleyes:thanks running ASAP Oh my long test, Guess I'm sending it back to manufacture spoke to the techs they said try to re install the OS Do anyone thing it will help or should i change ram thanks for all your time GG

Hello again,
900 errors 10 in first 15 minutes and I let it go, so from here should i just change out memory, I have 8 GB other here just little less. thanks for the help and your time gg
