Can you confirm you have latest stuff from below only page?
    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-Z87X-OC (rev. 1.x)

I'm having hard time to match driver versions with your msinfo because some do not match and some are not shown.
    Except beta BIOS of course.

I have looked into my bookmarks about possible issues about this case/error.

If clearing CMOS and adjusting BIOS settings does not help then you have only few options left:

    1. restore CPU and BIOS to default settings and re run test.
    2. check temperatures are correct.
    3. if diagnostic test fails after all of the above tries you can declare your CPU as faulty.

    edit:
or you can test the CPU on another mother board to see if motherboard itself has some issues.

    edit 2:
you can also run some memory test and see if that helps, but very unlikely.

Btw, for your info virtual machines are known for BSOD, but I don't know how does this relates to this problem seriously.

    edit:
not the same. CPU still runs high.

    Oh sorry, my mistake.

Just a side note, what you need to focus on is:
    Code:
Platform Controller Hub Test Failed. Error while retrieving SATA Device Information from OS
