Hi, I have been that unlucky guy that has got the BSOD for more than a month right now. I am using Windows 8.1. So basically I have been using my laptop for over 2 years and it had no problems until a month ago. At first I had a BSOD when I played League of Legends but now I get it randomly. I also have problems such as my laptop automatically restarting. After a month of rage, I completely recycled my laptop twice but the problem still managed to occur.

Your help will save me buying a new laptop.
Thanks
UPDATE- My laptop has auto restarted twice today but I do not think it was a result of a BSOD because my BSOD viewer showed no dump files. I have also updated my zip file.

Hello,
unfortunately your zip contains 0 dump files ( *.dmp ) :(

See here how set up dump file collection in windows:

Your graphics driver seems to be out of date, visit bellow link to find possible updates for Windows 8:

Ahh yes I forgot to do that because I recycled my PC a few days ago. So now I updated my driver do I have to wait for another problem to occur and then make another zip file? Usually it have have problems after a few weeks of recycling my PC so I might take a while for me to respond. Hopefully my laptop stays normal.

Not sure what you mean by "recycling"?

Clean OS install needs to be followed by full & original driver installation.
Without dump files it's impossible to tell what's wrong, so yes without BSOD we can only guess.

Keep in mind that only one dump file might not be enough in some causes.

When I say recycling I mean I completely wipe everything from my laptop and start from its factory settings. I am also annoyed now I did it because I could of showed you my dump files. ;(

Hi,

This dump file which is the only one won't tell us much unfortunately.
I don't know where did you get your drivers but some seem to be way out of date and probably not compatible with Windows 8 by looking at release date.

Also version numbers do not match to latest versions of Sonny official driver download page.
Therefore first step is to install right drivers, since drivers are problem most of the time:
Sony Support

Also what antivirus you use?
Try to reproduce BSOD, more dump files are better.

That is actualy very weird because I had this laptop for 2 years and I bought it with windows 8. As for my anti-virus, I use norton 360. Can you also write down the specific drivers I have to download to because I am a noob at these sorts of things. Thanks.

Oh yes I forgot to mention. My laptop auto restarted twice and because they were auto restarts, it did not make a dumb file. Is there a way I can stop the auto restarts?

OH, so when you said that you "recycled" your PC that meant you *restored* Windows to factory settings by using Windows restore?

I still have absolutely no clue what is going on.
So giving any directions is a plain suggestion not a fix of any kind.

You have McAfee products which might conflict with norton.
If PC is restarting with black screen and not blue screen without creating dump files then there is a ton of things that could cause troubles.

On the link in previous post I gave you can download everything available expect BIOS
Download and install everything from Windows 8 section in the middle of page under following sections:
DRIVER
PREINSTALLED DRIVERS AND UTILITIES

Optionally there is a guide for update which should help you get started installing other updates.

I don't even know what is going on myself because it happened so randomly. I have also had to install windows 8.1 so do I just have to download the windows 8.1 drivers or do I still have to download the drivers you listed above?

If you fresh installed Windows 8.1 and not 8 then you need to download drivers for Windows 8.1 only
Here is a direct link to Windows 8.1 section:
Sony Support

There are 4 links under DRIVER title, download and install these.

Following link will explain you exactly how to identify missing drivers ( if any ) by using device manager:
Where is Device Manager? - Windows Help

UPDATE- It seems like I ONLY get a BSOD when I play League Of Legends and when I get one, the screen turns blue and there are random white lines going horizontally. I also do not get dump files. I am starting to get really angry at this stage.
I also get a 100% Disk space so is the reason I get BSOD due to over heating or a high disk space?
