Hi, your dump files are all related to Intel processor.
Possible causes could be either overclocking, overheating, hardware failure, incompatible hardware or bad driver.

Machine check exception due to cache level 0 error as you can see bellow:

First thing you need to do is to visit Intel website and download latest drivers for your make and model.
Also updating mother board drivers.

Then next what I would do is to run diagnostic tool from Intel which could potentially tell us why this error occurs:
Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (64-bit)

When you complete this test post screenshot here.

Additionally, if test fails after driver update you can try to disable Level 0 cache in BIOS settings ( if there is such option ) and re-run the test.

First off, thank you very much for taking the time to bugcheck my dump. I had my suspicions but your confirmation is extremely helpful and kept me from spending hours pouring over every component.

Overheating was not an issue, I was logging with Coretemp and it was never above 50C.

BIOS was already up to date.

Only driver that was out of date was Intel Management Engine Interface, that was one version behind (according to Asus), there is a version10 on Intel's site that I did not apply as I wanted to work my way to it. Updating the IMEI alone did not change the crashes.

I did look for a Level 0 cache option to disable, and searched the reference guide, forums, even overclocker guides from manufacturer to see if the option even existed in my board, but it does not appear to be available.

That being said, I had not intentionally overclocked or tweaked the BIOS at all; however, I did find that when using the Intel Processor Identification Utility that my motherboard was automatically overclocking my CPU to 4.8GHz after I had updated the BIOS to 1603.

I also found that using the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool x64 would crash the machine (with same code as original dump) almost instantly when the CPU stress test began. All other tests were passing without issue.

I was able to dial back the CPU clock to 4.4GHz in the BIOS. I haven't found the ability to keep it at stock 4.0GHz; however, I've been able to run the IPDT successfully 4 times, without crashes.

I'll now go back and start running some applications to see if the issue reappears. I'll post back here within the next few hours and hopefully we will be able to mark this one as solved.

I have also attached a text version of the latest IPDT successful test if you would like to have a look.

Hi I copied following from Here:

Processor Base Frequency describes the rate at which the processor's transistors open and close. The processor base frequency is the operating point where TDP is defined. Frequency is measured in gigahertz (GHz), or billion cycles per second.

Max turbo frequency is the maximum single core frequency at which the processor is capable of operating using Intel® Turbo Boost Technology. Frequency is measured in gigahertz (GHz), or billion cycles per second.

The above means 4Ghz trough 4.4Ghz is what is defined and is OK.
If diagnostic tool test ( Which I gave in previous post ) does not succeed then you have only few options left:

1. Get Intel driver and all other driver updates possible and rerun test.

2. Uninstall applications which are known for BSOD for example:
3rd party antivirus
burning tools such as alcohol or deamon tools
re-run test.

3. Check your hardware and re-run test.

Don't know what else to recommend, WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION are usually hardware error related. so testing must pass in order to eliminate this assumption.

There are many options to try out, such as memory test and so on. but that's not related to this problem since processor test fails. I'm sorry you have this issue :(

edit:

CPU Speed at the time of BSOD

Dump 1:

Code:
6: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz"
MaxSpeed: 4000
CurrentSpeed: 4000

Dump 2:

Code:
7: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz"
MaxSpeed: 4000

Dump 3:

CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz"
MaxSpeed: 4000
CurrentSpeed: 4000

In each case it was 4.0

Update:

Just marked this as solved as I've been running games, period CPU tests, and had no issues with crashes since my last post and changing the BIOS setting to max at 4.4GHz.

Thanks again for your assistance at narrowing down the issue to my CPU for the crashes.

Have a great day!
