Solved Crash while sleeping/hibernating laptop

Hi,

Since a few months my laptop seems to crash sometimes (about 60% of the time) whenever I'm hibernating or sleeping. I've tried analyzing the crash dumps myself, but I can't seem to find the problem.

When analyzing the minidump-files with OSR Online - The Home Page for Windows Driver Developers I find that it might be something with my graphics driver, so uninstalled and reinstalled it. But it did not solve the problem.

I attached a zip with the minidump-files, and other information collected by this forums' tool.

Also: If anyone could help me explaining how to analyze these dumps to find information, that would be greatly appreciated! That way I can solve future problems like this myself.

Specs:
Dell Inspiron 7520 SE
AMD Radeon HD 7700M Series and Intel HD Graphics 4000
Intel i7-3632QM CPU
8GB RAM

Driver in red is outdated/incompatible with W8.1 All dumps are pointing to something related to the video card. Try another driver version. But first remove the old version with DDU.

Hi,

Thanks for you reply!
I have no idea what de ckldrv.sys driver is for, but couldn't find any way of updating it. I left it untouched.
I reinstalled my graphics driver, first uninstalling it with DDU.

For now the problem hasn't come back. Only, sometimes after the laptop wakes up from sleep/hibernate, the wireless card won't connect to my access point until I reboot.

I haven't had any problems sleeping/hibernating the past few days. So I think the problem is solved. Completely removing the drivers with DDU did the trick I guess. Thanks!
