    John,

No BSODs in the past three days. I believe we are beyond that issue and I thank you greatly for your help. One last question... Is there a better way to test a GPU than Furmark? I'm still getting a little weird performance out of my GTX 970 and I don't think that running Furmark until my temps stabilize is enough to test. Is there a better program to use or just run Furmark for a couple more hours?

Nope, just got another BSOD. Memory_Management this time. I ran memtest86 for almost 11 hours over the weekend and it passed with no errors. Voltage to the RAM seems fine, what gives? Could be a PSU problem because remember my 12V rail is only showing 11V in HWMonitor?

See this line in the Analysis from the other memory dumps?:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
This is an access denied error. While it can be a hardware problem, it's much more likely to be a software problem (such as a driver trying to write to an address that it's not allowed to write to).

The only way to test the PSU is to try another one. I'd hold off for now unless you can purchase a new one and try it out. If it doesn't work, you can always return it (make sure that you purchase it from a place that will accept returns).

Will reply to the last post (with the memory dumps) either later tonight or tomorrow AM.
In the meantime, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

I ordered one from Newegg so I can return it just fine. I'll run verifier either tonight or tomorrow afternoon and post back. Thank you for the quick response.

Another Bluescreen over night, this time Win8_Driver_Fault, netio.sys - I updated my ethernet drivers a few days ago. All these different bluescreen errors, it has to be a hardware issue. I'm worried it's my motherboard and I have to RMA it which would leave me out of a computer for a week or so while it gets here. I am going to begin the Driver Verifier so please keep an eye on this thread in case I need help because I can't boot. I just don't know where to begin troubleshooting anymore, it's frustrating.

Is there a definitive way to tell if my motherboard is faulty?

Driver Verifier crashed to a bluescreen on boot up to windows, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the driver that caused it is e22w7x64.sys which is my NIC driver. Killer e2200. What now? I included the dumps from two restarts here to see if the same issue came up.

Also, what's weird is that e22w7x64 driver is for Windows 7, why is it on my Windows 8.1 box? That's the driver I downloaded from MSI's site I believe but I'm not sure.

Another e22w7x64.sys BSOD, it seems like they have not updated this driver. Any idea what we can do? I just want to fix this.

Another BSOD, tcpip.sys. Im assuming it's related to my Killer driver since that's what crashed immediately with driver verifier up.

Sorry for the delay, things got a bit crazy at home, the barn, work, and the wife's business - all at the same time.

Don't worry about what to do next - I've always got some suggestions :0)

First off, the only definitive motherboard test is to replace the motherboard. There are no very accurate motherboard tests. The tests would cost more than a new motherboard (and would also raise the price of the motherboard because of the development involved). Those programs that do test motherboards only test a limited set of features (and, IME, they aren't very accurate - having a high rate of false positives and false negatives).

EDIT: Be sure to turn Driver Verifier off before starting other fixes.

There was a problem with the Killer Network Manager causing BSOD's a while back.
OK, please go to the MSI support website here: MSI USA - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more
Verify that this is the correct make, model, and OS for your system.
Download the 2nd onboard LAN driver (the one that says "Killer Network Driver (driver only)"
SET A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT - this is very important!!! If you can't get back on the internet, just use System Restore and it should set things back.
Uninstall all the Killer stuff from your system.
Then install the freshly downloaded driver

To install it, you'll have to find the proper driver (in the ke2200w81-x64 sub-directory) and right click on it and select "Install"
I'll try this on a Win8.1 VM in a few minutes to verify if it works (I'm going out with the wife in a few minutes also, so I may not respond back for a couple of hours.

I did a fresh install hoping that it would get rid of my BSODs which were numerous. So far, I only have 5 BSODs that I have had the patience to allow Windows to get to 100% on. I easily BSOD once a day, most are with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have run memtest86+ ad nauseum...
