On the first post. You said that you had the RAM problem and seems to be fixed. How did you run the Memory test ??? Did you use
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
or just used the Windows Memory Diagnostic ? If you did not run Memtest86+ then you might want to try running it overnight.

You might also want to try running from Admin Command Prompt 2 commands below:
    1. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    2. sfc /scannow

    Hi,

When I first had issues with BSOD I ran Memtest86+ and was getting errors with both sticks. When I removed one and ran I got no errors. Same deal if I reversed this. Anytime I ran with two sticks I got errors.

I got the sticks replaced and as soon as the BSODs started again I have run Memtest86+ several times in excess of 10-11 passes with no errors.

I'll try those two commands and report back.

    Thanks

Ok so I just went to run those commands. The PC was in sleep mode. As soon as I entered my password is BSOD but it was too quick to see the reason. There seem to be several different types going on judging by the restart behaviour. One will boot to just a single cursor with no options and wont progress unless I hard reset. The other says to select/connect a valid boot device and continue, I also cannot proceed unless I hard reset.

I've turned off the auto restart option for the BSOD so I can at least come back and see what it says before it reboots.

Results of the above two commands:
    1.
    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.3.9600]
    (c) 2013 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 6.3.9600.16384

    Image Version: 6.3.9600.16384

The restore operation completed successfully. The component store corruption was
    repaired.
    The operation completed successfully.

    2.
    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

    I've attached the logs

Re-run: sfc /scannow. Sometimes it'll take several times to fix the corrupted file(s).

Sorry I did not read the whole post #13 which you stated sometimes it asked you to: select/connect a valid boot device and continue. I sound like you might have some loose cable or your HD is corrupted.
    1. Open the case and make sure all cables are firmly connected.
    2. Reseat your RAM.
    3. Download: CrystalDiskInfo6_3_2.zip then run to check if your HD is healthy
    4. From Admin command prompt, run: chkdsk /r C: . This will take a while to complete.
    5. Try: sfc /scannow again

I've already made sure everything is seated and plugged in ok. That particular error is fixed just by hard resetting. I would expect the error to continue even after a hard reset if the HDD was not connected correctly??

I'll run those checks though as I haven't done a lot of HDD diag so could well be.

    Will report back. Thanks.

Ok so I ran that program and it said the HDD is fine.

Chkdsk wouldnt run from the CMD it said the HDD was in use. So I ran from the HDD properties.

From there the PC BSOD'd with Critical Structure Corruption. Had to turn off AC power to reset
BSOD as soon as logged into Windows - Critical Process Died (this time it wouldnt progress past 0% gathering info, had to hard reset)

I've attached the new logs etc. I had installed TeamViewer so I could do this stuff from work but the PC BSOD'd before I could attempt it and I had to power off using the AC when I got home to reboot, the screen was in sleep and I couldnt wake it to see what the BSOD said.

Any other ideas? It seems to be getting worse...

I don't understand why it would not run from Admin Command Prompt. If you open the command prompt and type: chkdsk /r C:
Windows will ask if you want to run when the system reboot, type yes. chkdsk command only run offline if the HD contains Windows OS.

Yeah I did the reboot check but I wasn't at the PC and it restarted to windows but wasn't sure if it did the check or not. Should it show a result before booting? Or just do it and boot? I'll try re running it again if it's the latter.

I'm going to try and sort out a warranty for the motherboard and possibly CPU if I can today as I've done RAM already.
