Solved BSOD when keyboard unattended for 5+ minutes

This morning around 4am, the computer started BSOD'ing with kernel security check failure's. Though out the day I have searched, tracked down drivers, tried everything I can think of.

Memcheck: 6 passes, no errors
Verifier: Won't even finish loading desktop before crashing on wifi driver.
Disabled all bluetooth services

Part of it seems to be related to the Intel av 7260 driver, but every time I try to uninstall the driver, the computer will BSOD.
Tried to re-install driver, but the install says that an action is pending, do you want to roll back, say yes, and system BSODs.

I have removed the Intel wifi card, but still having the problem. Hopefully someone can get more information from the minidumps that will point me in a useful direction.

Your BSOD's are exactly the same and unfortunately Bugcheck 139 (3) is a hard one to track down.


Drivers can cause this BSOD so lets start by removing a couple that could be a problem.

Did you get your LAN driver from here?

Don't download their utilities, only download the driver. Gigabyte software is known to cause BSOD.


If removing the Software and Drivers mentioned above doesn't fix the issue, test your Ram

Run at least 8 passes or until you receive an error. Upon receiving ANY errors, stop the test and move onto "Part 3: If you have errors"

Thank you, and I apologize for taking so long in replying. It got very busy at work.

It was the network driver. It took two different third party uninstallers, and Qualcomm utility to remove all the remaining pieces of that crap, but finally got to where Windows no longer saw the network card, then I reinstalled the Killer suite that came on the original CD, and it has been stable. But before I try applying the update from Microsoft again that 'prepares' your system for Windows 10, I am going to get just the driver and put that in place of the Killer suite. It sucks that they want to bundle so much crap with a simple driver. It would be one thing if I wanted their utility, but I don't, and I had disabled much of it long before this problem started.

It is strange, since before you had replied, I had already run sfc, dism, and every other Microsoft verification package to make sure that all the Microsoft drivers were proper, and I had not updated the network driver/suite since I purchased the computer in December of 2014.

I wish there was a way to tell NVidia not to load their crap also, but you can't even get their driver anymore without the rest of the crap.
