Both the memory test and the hard drive test can take a long time (the memory test is usually longer than the hard drive test).\
I would run them overnight (while you're sleeping).

Reports are still incomplete. This could be a Windows problem or a problem with the report generator.
So, please try this (it generates the 2 most useful reports using Windows tools):
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

You have both Norton and McAfee running on the system. Please uninstall both of them and use the in-built Windows Defender and Windows Firewall to test the system. Once you've determined if it's the fault of Norton/McAfee (if the BSOD's stop), feel free to reinstall ONE of them. DO NOT install more than one antivirus or firewall (the Windows one's will self-disable when/if you reinstall your other product).

Out of 11 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case. Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

2 of the memory dumps specified hardware as a cause - so it's imperative that you complete the hardware diagnostics that I linked to previously ( Hardware Diagnostics )

Also, just in case of a lower level software error, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Antivirus
    Windows Defender and Windows Firewall
    Other Info
    I'm handsome and a snappy dresser :0)

It appears that there are some serious problems with your Windows installation (as you cannot get WMI to work).
Only 2 reports have any significant information in them (of the 19 reports that were generated)
Your event viewer log entries go back to January of 2014
Your WIndows Update log entries go back to March of 2015

When did you last reset your computer?
How did you do it?
Did you use the Reset or the Refresh option?
Did you use the Acer Recovery media/option?

Uninstall the Logitech software. This is only temporary and you can feel free to reinstall it whenever you'd like. Removing it will give us one less thing to worry about.

Have you uninstalled the antivirus software that I asked?
Did that stop the BSOD's?

Have you run the hardware diagnostics that I suggested?
Have you run Driver Verifier as I suggested?
