BSOD Dpc_Watchdog_Error - New computer

HI, I have a brand new custom made computer from Cyberpower PC. I have a fresh Windows 8.1 install and haven't installed anything yet. The computer will either freeze, not load windows or give me a BSOD watchdog error. Tried updating windows, drivers and reinstalling everything. No good. I also have a Geforce 970 GPU and it wont run any games right now .Super slow after installing and reinstalling updated drivers for the card. Need help please. Upload my zip file below. Thanks!
