BSOD at random moments, dxgkrnl.sys, ntoskrnl.exe?

    Hi everyone,

First post ever, by I really need help...

Help needed with BSOD. Haven't made any hardware or software changes recently. Yesterday my PC showed the blue screen twice, I restarted several of times, reinstalled Microsoft Security Essentials, which had started to act funny and could not be started, PC stopped restarting. Until today. Two more blue screens.

Dump files and other information gathered by DM Log collector Tool are attached.

    Thanks in advance,

    Vladimir

Problem device: GT-I8262 USB\VID_04E8&PID_6860&MS_COMP_MTP&SAMSUNG_ANDROID\7&68BA669&0&0000 This device cannot start.
Uninstall Daemon Tools and start HW diagnostics. RAM should be the first one on your list eight passes per stick please. Hardware Diagnostics

Then install HD Tune and post screenshots of both Health and Error Scan tab. Be sure to uncheck the Quick Scan option within the software.

P.S.: Do you happen to be a translator?

Thanks a lot for the quick reply...

"Problem device: GT-I8262" - this is weird, that's my phone, which I charge from the usb port. But again, I've been doing that for a long time...

I'll get on with doing the tests, and post the results as soon as I have them. And yes, I am a translator.

    Thanks again!

So it seems it was the memory. Ran memtest and it started detecting errors immediately. Removed the memory stick that generated them, and now everything seems to be back to normal.

    Thanks again!
