Hello. I am experiencing BSODs randomly every 10-12 days. Usually, they happen while I am AFK but a few minutes ago I had one while working on a project. I don't believe it is an overheating issue as it has never happened while I was gaming. I've attempted multiple times to run the DM Log Collector Tool but it isn't working (it runs and says it saved a zipped file to my desktop, but it didn't). I'm using a computer that I built.

Mobo: MSI Z97-G45
CPU: Intel I7-4790K

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 MHz (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory (CML8GX3M2A1866C9B) & Corsair Vengeance Pro Series Blue 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9B)
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series 650-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply

I indicated in the first post that I attempted to follow your posting instructions, but your DM Log Collector Tool is not working. No file is saved on my desktop. Can you tell me how to pull the logs manually so I can get you the information you need?

Strange. Check your C:/Windows/Minidump folder for minidump files. If they are there, copy them to desktop and zip them up and attach them in your next reply.

OK, I figured out what the issue was with the DM Log Collector Tool. I use an SSD for my OS and programs and another HDD for my data. My desktop folder isn't on my SSD. The tool created a new desktop folder on my SSD and put the zipped files there. Here are those files.

MSI Afterburner driver (known BSOD issues with Windows) Also found to be a part of MSI Live Update 5 & MSI Super Charger[br] [br] Recently (Nov 2014) there have been numerous instances of this driver in memory dumps. Analysis reveals that they are scattered throughout the filesystem by the installed MSI command utilities. For now I suggest uninstalling them all.

I'm not seeing MSI Afterburner anywhere to uninstall. It isn't under Add/Remove Programs and I don't see it anywhere else. Your output indicates it is also found to be part of MSI Live Update 5. Should I uninstall that?

OK. I've updated the audio driver and uninstalled MSI Liveupdate. I can't unplug my Razer mouse right now because it is the only mouse I have. I did however uninstall all of the Razer applications that were installed. I will try and purchase another mouse this afternoon. Is there anything else I should do in the meantime? Thank you for your help!

Don't buy the mouse yet! It may not be the problem. Monitor your PC for crashes.

After following your instructions, I was error free for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I just received another BSOD... Very frustrating.

Update your audio driver, remove MSI software and create a restore point and then enable Driver Verifier and wait for another crash to happen in case the crashes don't stop after you have updated.
