Hi,

I've had a random BSOD just while surfing the web. Here are the results from your analyzing tool.

I haven't recently installed anything on the PC, nor updated any drivers. The PC is a laptop, store bought, no hardware modifications.

Thanks for any help !

No, if you have all updates installed then don't do it.
As i can see from your logs( which is in french, thank god i speak some) your mini dump files are pointing to avast, which is the cause of your BSOD, make sure it is up to date, also, some of the avast products still not fully compatible with windows 8.
I think you should change your antivirus program for a while until they are fully compatible.

Thanks Midou. Sorry about the French !

Yes, I had an inkling it would be Avast. First thing I did after rebooting was update the *******. I'll keep an eye out... I only have the free version.

Which antivirus would you recommend ? And not that MSE stuff, that doesn't count lol.

Am sorry am not that allowed to make such advertising on this forum but you can stay with avast, it is good and sometimes there updates gives some BSOD's such as yours and its okay cause Avast is not the only one :).
Please mark the thread as solved :).
