Welcome,

Your reward for being intelligent enough to post the crash dumps without anyone's direction is the quick fix.

1) Uninstall AVG in safe mode with the special tool. Reboot and set Windows Firewall and Windows Defender services to auto and start them too.

2) Update or uninstall:

ZTEusbser6k ZTEusbser6k.sys Mon Dec 06 22:06:28 2010 (4CFDA4B4)
ZTEusbnmea ZTEusbnmea.sys Mon Dec 06 22:06:28 2010 (4CFDA4B4)
ZTEusbnet ZTEusbnet.sys Fri Nov 05 03:38:09 2010 (4CD3B461)

3) Delete this then reboot:

Code:
3: kd> lmvm regi
start end module name
fffff880`193c9000 fffff880`193d1000 regi (deferred)
    Image path: \??\C:\windows\system32\drivers\regi.sys
    Image name: regi.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Apr 16 11:19:10 2007 (462393EE)
    CheckSum: 000082B5
    ImageSize: 00008000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

4) RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Wed Feb 09 04:01:37 2011 (4D5257F1)

Update that from Realtek's site. Right side of main page. HD Audio Codec Driver.

5) Update or uninstall:

Code:
enecirhid enecirhid.sys Tue May 19 09:59:52 2009 (4A12BB58)
enecirhidma enecirhidma.sys Thu Apr 24 21:16:29 2008 (481130ED)

6) Install latest Value Added Package from Toshiba for your model. You can also look to see if they specifically have these driver separate or not:

Code:
TVALZ_O TVALZ_O.SYS Mon Jul 13 22:19:26 2009 (4A5BEB2E)
TVALZFL TVALZFL.sys Fri Jun 19 06:05:44 2009 (4A3B62F8)

7) Update Toshiba ODD Writing Driver:

Code:
tdcmdpst tdcmdpst.sys Thu Jul 30 04:39:35 2009 (4A715C47)

8) Update ENE Consumer IR driver from Toshiba's site - likely goes with #5 above:

Code:
enecir enecir.sys Sun Jun 28 22:17:30 2009 (4A48243A)

9) Update Toshiba Bluetooth emulation driver:

Code:
tosporte tosporte.sys Tue Jun 16 06:48:47 2009 (4A37788F)

10) Update Toshiba HDD protection drivers:

Code:
Thpevm Thpevm.SYS Mon Jun 29 04:15:37 2009 (4A487829)
thpdrv thpdrv.sys Sun Jun 28 22:02:56 2009 (4A4820D0)

11) Update Toshiba Bluetooth driver:

Code:
tosrfcom tosrfcom.sys Sun Nov 28 21:44:26 2010 (4CF3138A)

12) Install latest Intel Rapid Storage driver from their site:

Code:
iaStor iaStor.sys Wed Jan 12 20:50:12 2011 (4D2E5A54)

If you do all that, the machine will be perfect. Without all of it, it will not be.

Enjoy.

Sure thing. Do the best you can do with all that and after you've done all you can, post any new crash dumps if necessary, so we can see what still needs to be done or not.
