Kindly follow the below instructions -

  1. Kindly update the drivers which are highlighted in RED since they are very old.
  2. Kindly perform the Hardware Diagnostics over (Thanks usasma!) **HERE**.
  3. Till the time we are troubleshooting, kindly remove Avast Antivirus using this **TOOL**.

I also see that you have a thread opened over below link -
http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...-red-screen-reboots-playing-beyond-earth.html

Are you still facing that problem? What happened after you performed softwaremaniac's suggestions?

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hi pyroteknix18 ^_^,

In most of the cases, the dump files does not directly point to the issue. The thumb rule in this field is that never make assumptions. So, it is only after performing some steps that we can point in the direction that this is the problem.

Did you perform the steps which I asked in my previous post?

I have tried updating these same drivers before. the top to links go tot the same website for silicon labs home page.
Interface Software | Silicon Labs
Are those the drivers I am looking for? If so, which package do I need?

The Matrox link takes me here Matrox Graphics - Support - Driver Download
again, I have no idea what all those are, or what i need

The LPC filter goes to A Toshiba website: Official Toshiba Support | Toshiba
i have zero toshiba products. no idea what that driver is for.

Please help, I am so lost =(

Hi pyroteknix18 ^_^,

I am extremely sorry for the delayed response :( . I was busy with a workshop in the university for the past 5 days :(

For the Silicon Labs, you need to install the below driver kit (v 4.0.3 for Windows 8 ). Below is the link -
USBXpress USB Development Tools | Silicon Labs

Regarding the Matrox software, I would suggest uninstalling that. Kindly follow the below guide to uninstall it -
Matrox Graphics - Support - Drivers
The uninstallation process should be similar to Windows Vista.

I am not able to find as to why the LPCFilter.sys is there on your system even though you don't have any Toshiba product or any Compal product. Leave this as it is.

What was the result of the other steps I asked you to perform?

If you are still getting BSODs, kindly re-run the Diagnostic Utility and upload a freshly generated ZIP file.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

No worries man. I know you are busy with real life haha.

Got the usb kit installed. Can't find any matrox software anywhere. I did find the actual system files, what happens if I just delete them? Haha

Hardware diagnostics currently running

*UPDATE*
I ran full hard ware diagnostics using the software that Best Buy/Geek Squad uses. It took almost two days. Everything passed except this: Memory Chaotic Addressing Test. It fail on all four channels. I'm not really sure what that means though. My motherboard was sent in to ASUS about four months ago for testing. They an error in the BIOS but nothing else.

Hi pyroteknix18 ^_^,

Thanks for understanding :)

An error in BIOS can cause the problems. Let me know how it goes once you get your motherboard back ^_^

Hi Pyroteknix18 ^_^,

Are you still facing the problems? If yes, then kindly turn on Driver Verifier using this **GUIDE** and let it crash the system a few times and then upload a freshly generated ZIP File from the Diagnostic Utility so that it could be analysed.
