BIOS/UEFI dates from 2013, please check for updates at the HP support page.

This device isn't working in Device Manager:
USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller ROOT\UOIP_BUS_DRIVER\0000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Please right click on the device (in Device Manager) and select "Uninstall". If prompted to remove the driver software, check the box to consent to it. Then, after it's done, reboot the system and check to see that it has fixed itself. If it hasn't, please post back here.

If using a disk cleaning program (such as CCleaner) please stop while we're troubleshooting.

Raw stack text shows traces of AMD video drivers, Intel video drivers and DirectX video drivers

Beyond this, as there was only 1 memory dump in the upload, I have these 4 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Win8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website. Be sure to update all the video stuff on the HP website.
3. Then, if the BSOD's still haven't stopped, run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
4. As time permits, run these free hardware diagnostics also: Hardware Diagnostics

I had 2 more BSODs last night, here is the dump, I fixed the USB host controller, and as far as windows updates I am completely updated but I will check now for the BIOS and other stuff on hp website

View attachment 59625

edit: both of them happened pretty much the same, I was watching a youtube video and I also had my league of legends client open, but it was just the client, not actually playing a game

also I just finished updating the BIOS since there was a 2014 update from HP, but all the video card updates on there are outdated and from like 2012

Ran driver verifier and right after I set it up and restarted pc, my laptop started normally and booted into windows, I logged in and it almost instantly blue screened with the error "Driver Verifier Detected Violation", restarted again and it did the same thing, then I booted into safe mode and turned it off and here is both the dump files zipped up, hopefully we can figure out what it is now plsssssss

Don't forget to run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

One of the memory dumps points to rzpmgrk.sys - a driver for your Razer device (most likely a Razer Synapse).
Please uninstall the Razer software/drivers and see if that stops the BSOD's.
If it doesn't, then remove the Razer device and see if that stops the BSOD's.
If not, then run Driver Verifier again without the Razer software/drivers and the device physically removed from your system.

If it's the software/drivers that are the cause, then try downloading/installing a freshly downloaded copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible version from the Razer support website (and see if that causes a BSOD).

Ok so, after uninstalling all the razer drivers on my laptop, I haven't had any BSOD for a while, but a new problem has arisen now, instead of BSOD my laptop will just randomly reboot while watching a video or playing a game, its almost like it skips the blue screen altogether and just reboots, it has only happened twice since removal of razer drivers which was same night as your reply..I also ran furmark for multiple hours while watching shows etc and nothing happened at all, no bsod or reboots

Please zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump.
If you have problems doing this, please copy it to your Desktop and try zipping it there.

Are you still using the Razer mouse without the drivers?
If so, try using another mouse temporarily (to see if it might be the hardware in the Razer mouse that's causing the problems).

Once you've done all of that, if the system still reboots at random, then try running Driver Verifier again (without the Razer hardware or software attached).

Both times I rebooted, I had no hardware connected to the laptop at all, and I just checked minidumps and there are no new ones just the old ones from before :S I will try driver verifier again
