Frequent BSOD after changing Display Input

Hey,

Been getting frequent BSOD's after changing my display input.
Previously i was using a DVI Input through the Motherboard I/O. I then changed the input to my graphics card using an HDMI cable. I read around and was advised to uninstall the drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller which i did but these still mantain.
The graphics card is a MSI Radeon HD 7770. I'm running windows 8.1.

I've attached a crash list from BlueScreenView inc. a crash i just experienced. I've also included the files from the tool in the sticky.

Any help is appreciated :)
Thanks
