Random Crashing Kernel Errors Freezing

Hello Everyone,

I bought a hp computer a while back and was changing out parts till eventually all that's left of it is the hard drive.
I bought a 2 r9 280x cards in January along with a new 1050 wt power supply. Since then i have had random bsods and freezing.

I could really use some assistance here as i have done all the trouble shooting i know to do myself.

Edit: Wanted to add that when this happens i am either streaming and have my dashboard pulled up or i am watching a live stream and maybe a youtube video at the same time. Seems like it could be connected to video so figured i would add this in here. I did have it crash today while playing a game in windows mode while working were normally i would have about 6 tabs pulled up on my 3rd screen and skype on my 1st. Btw i know it says 8g of ram i have 16 but pulled a card out to see if that would be causing the problem.

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Programmable Root Enumerator ROOT\PROGRAMMING_SUPPORT\0001 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

This is looking like a hardware problem, please start with these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
But, just in case it's software related, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I installed liquid cooling and applied new paste. The Thermal Paste was pretty much gone so i think that might of been the problem. havn't had any crashes since the install this week will update soon.
