BSODs due to ntoskrnl.exe

I have been getting them more sporadically last year, but now they started occurring on a one per 2-4 days basis, it kind of gets annoying.

I uploaded the zip here: TinyUpload.com - best file hosting solution, with no limits, totaly free

I'd really appreciate some help, I tried several fixes ( sfc scannow, driver verifier, diagnosing memory probs with windows) but none of them worked so far.

Please update drivers in red.
I can see traces of two AVs present on the system. Please remove them both:

Thanks, i uninstalled the antiviruses and now running the driver verifier with everything checked doesnt crash windows, hopefully that means the BSODs will stop too. If not, I'll do the rest of the things too!

so i ran memtest86+ and it didnt have any errors for 8 passes(over both the memory cards), tried to update some of the drivers there, yet the BSODs still happen once in 2-3 days.

Did you test the RAM stick separately? It still indicates a RAM issue.

i cant exactly remove them since my laptop is under warranty, so they were both in, if that's what you're asking
it took about 10 hours

yep, however before this i tried the old memtest(the non-boot one) and that one found lots of "copying didnt result in accurate copy" errors for a specific 2047 part, the other ones were fine. (but i discounted that since i had programs running and it might have messed it up)

Yes. This might be an indicator. Well, it's under warranty. I'd suggest you take it to a place you bought it and tell them you suspect the RAM is bad because Memtest found some. They will undertake other necessary tests.
