Blueelvis, I'm sry about that. Actually I forget when the first time I made thread so I made new one yesterday.

Softwaremaniac, I already followed instuction. I downloaded it and there's app winrar in my desktop and I dont know what I must do. Sry if I causing much trouble because I'm still newbie here.

Oh.. okay, I'll send it later bcos yesterday I reinstall my laptop. By the way, I ever copied those file (DMP file) from winrar into Local disk C/User/Appdata/Localdata/Temp then I played a game then I got BSOD after resarted I played game again and it worked normally. I wonder what DMP file use for?

I don't think that you would be able to upload the dump files directly. ZIP up the Minidumps folder located at "C:\Windows\Minidumps" and then upload it using the guide which softwaremaniac has mentioned :)
