So recently I switched to 8.1. Not more than a few months back. Never had any trouble or crashes in windows 7 before.
Since a few weeks ago I got a bsod during a long game session (3+hours) and that happened again a few days after that.
But recently as I've been trying to fix it (check cables, reseat components, try to look for faulty drivers, system restore) It's been getting more frequent, almost every time I'm more than an hour in game. Then since yesterday it crashed on sony vegas. and again just a bit back while browsing. The debug codes have been varying, I lost some crashdump files after system restore though :c but it's mostly SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) and pointing to ntkrnlmp as the problem in some way.

I really have no knowledge with bsod analyzation, so I'd really like some tips on where to go from this on to find the problem.
I'd appreciate any help, I'm willing to replace components, pc is 2 years old already.

Thanks in advance

Finished uninstalling all drivers/programs that were marked and disabled the nvidia stream service.
As the BSODs have been random with when they show up, It's just wait and see now. Luckily I stresstested my system a few days back while looking for problems. even ran a few memtests. So I'm somewhat sure it won't be a HW issue.
Thanks for all the help, would've never figured anything without it :thumb:

I'm new to this forum, not sure if I should close or keep this thread open now. It can take a bit until another bsod could show up, or hopefully, never again.
So far so good
