Hey there,

Please see attached the DM Collector Zip: View attachment 58826

The System_Service_Exception errors happen at random. It has now happened while watching Youtube, working on Word and playing Hearthstone. I googled and realised it may be my video drivers, which I updated. I also updated windows but it still crashed today morning.

I was wondering if anyone can help me sort this out?

Thanks!

Thank you. I will uninstall the programs and disable the nVidia Streaming Kernel Service.

As you may understand, the BSODs are not very frequent, so I may have to wait around until the next BSOD before I can come back to you for an update. Thanks for the guidance!

Out of curiosity, do you know how I can uninstall the red drivers? I know how to do it general, but for:

Code:
[COLOR=red][B]PxHlpa64.sys Mon  Oct 17 16:29:34 2011 (4E9C3BCE)[/B][/COLOR]
Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)

I don't have any CD/DVD programs on my computer that I can think off. Is there any easy to to detect which driver is associated with which software?

Thanks!

I don't use any of those software. Out of frustration, I reinstalled Windows. The BSODs are a lot more frequent (within 2 minutes of start up). Could this be a hardware issue?

I am now trying to update as much as I can. Will post another DM Collector result when that happens. But the BSODs are definitely worse now.

Please see attached my pre-update DM Collector results.

Hi there,

Just started to do all the hardware tests. To my horror, I might have found what the problem is.

Two of the pins on my motherboard CPU socket are bent. Which means my CPU isn't fully connected to the system. Does a faulty CPU connection cause an error like this? I won't be suprised if this is the case.

I've got a new motherboard on the way and will see if that works.

It's possible. After you reinstalled Windows, crashes only appeared even more common than before which leads me to the conclusiobn that this is likely to be caused by faulty HW.

Hi there,

I am back. I ordered a new motherboard and now the computer won't boot at all. I get the BIOS screen and then a Machine_Check_Exception. I have a feeling my CPU is broken. I will update you when I try a new CPU. Sorry to bump a post like this, just wanted to inform you.
