BSOD dmp_watchdog_violation when displaying video

Hello everyone,

I have recently been having problems after a Windows update. Initially I was receiving BSOD errors that were related to atimpag.sys that I thought were resolved be uninstalling all old drivers, running driver remover, and reverting to an older ATI Catalyst driver set.

Recently, however, I am now getting dmp_watchdog_violation BSOD when doing video tasks (ie. crashed on google earth, playing World of Warcraft, etc.).

It is not always a BSOD, sometimes the screen will go black, and will come back and say "display driver stopped responding and has recovered".

I attached the dmp files. I am unsure of how to proceed at this point. I know it is related to video card drivers but everything worked perfectly for ~6 months, then some sort of update must have conflicted. I disable windows auto update for now. Thanks for you help!

I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed AMD Driver using the Display Driver Tool from this **LINK**. Once it has removed the drivers, reinstall the latest drivers from the AMD Website and see if the crashes persist or not. I suspect that this installation may be illegal. Is this a pirated OS?
