Hi kgirl0115 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
So, it seems like a driver is causing the problem . Let's check the stack -
    Code:
    1: kd> knL
     # Child-SP RetAddr Call Site

    1a ffffd001`0e15b8c0 00000000`00000000 0xffffd001`0e127180
So, the stack is full of networking drivers. Note that the drivers present here are the Networking drivers of Windows so the chance of them being at fault is really less. The crash was caused because the TEST Condition failed (Both the operands are different )-
    Code:
    tcpip+0x45308:
    fffff800`358c8308 f6460a05 test byte ptr [rsi+0Ah],5 ds:00000000`0000000a=??
Let's check out the 3rd party drivers present on your system -

Please follow the below steps -

    1. It seems that you have got two Security Suites (Zone Alarm & Kaspersky) installed on the system. It is strongly recommended that only one antivirus is installed on the system. Till the time we are troubleshooting, kindly remove Zone Alarm & Kaspersky using this **TOOL1** & this **TOOL2** respectively.
    2. Please remove any IOBit software present on the system.
    3. Kindly update the drivers highlighted in BOLD, UNDERLINE and BLACK.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

I had just upgraded to Windows 8.1. I declined the offer of the anti-virus software; preferring to use ZoneAlarm. Nowhere did it show that I had two software programs running. Uninstall programs didn't show a second anti-virus running. I did as you requested; haven't had BSOD since.

    Thank you.

    Hi kgirl0115 ^_^,

I guess that is the general problem on downloading anything from the internet. But, on some practice, you could easily distinguish between the genuine and crapware filled downloads

If the problem has been solved, kindly Mark this thread as SOLVED. If the problem persists, kindly post back.
