Hi, I have been examining Event Viewer after some random reboots, from 'Sleep' mode.
I attach 3 pics from Event Viewer, one of the reboot fault, which according to the Viewer happens about every day, and two other pics of the residues of programs I tried to remove which could be causing it. I know Jotzey is spyware/malware. Please advise? (EDITED.)

Please follow these instructions: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html
Run a scan with adwcleaner and remove everything it finds: AdwCleaner Download

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

adwcleaner will take care of that, but that's just an adware. Please upload the log.

View attachment 58668Jeez only adware! It was a pig to remove.
Cheers though.
And will do re: log.
The people who release these kinds of software onto the net deserve prison sentences. It's no different than going out and keying someone's car for fun.
By the way I tried ESET scanner but it froze at 40%.
Trying AdwCleaner now.
(EDIT: Log attached)
I have done everything else you suggested in your post (almost the same as in the other thread.)
Except I haven't updated the drivers in red yet.

It found Jotzey and apparently removed it. How's your browser now?
If you want you can attach a zip file from the diagnostic tool I posted in the post above, regarding BSOD (These reports are usually really helpful with BSOD troubleshooting).

Hi softwaremaniac, I think the bsod issue is fixed now, thanks for all your help!
EDIT:
However I would like to remove the AOD driver as a precaution, ACPI is still a bit dodgy.
I can't find "Non plug and play drivers" in device manager? I did click "View" and "Show hidden devices".
I attach screenshot of my DM options.

Hi the BSOD issue when waking from sleep still isn't fixed and I think I should make a posting in another thread?
I sent the motherboard back to the manufacturer and got a replacement but that blue screened as well.
I don't think its a RAM incompatibility issue, we got the RAM running at the correct speed.
Could the BSOD be caused by graphics card incompatibility i.e. running the AMD card alongside the NVidia one? (see system spec)

Yes. you can drive two same cards, but not different. Choose either nVidia or AMD. Try using a single one and see if there is any improvement.
