Solved BSOD (0x0000009f) on a relatively new Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro

I've gotten BSOD/reboots regularly on my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro running Windows 8.1 since I got it around Thanksgiving. It's basically the vanilla machine with the removal of the Superfish crapware, the addition of iTunes, Office, and some tools to help triage this and general wifi strength. The BSOD always puts a similar error message in the event log, but it's also often preceded by a series of errors from the Bonjour service (like "Task Scheduling Error: m->NextScheduledSPRetry 79609").
Here's the error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe00084335e20, 0xffffd0013f836960, 0xffffe00083481010). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 022415-4250-01.

I've downloaded all the most recent drivers and updates I can find from Lenovo's site, and it seemed to help for a day or so, but it's still happening.

The BSOD seems to happen almost every time I close the lid of the laptop or if the screensaver kicks in for more than 10 minutes or so.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Any ideas without a full reinstall? I'd prefer not to waste time doing the reinstall only to find out that the current driver on their website still has issues. Also, are you referring to product keys for Windows itself? Or just any products I've installed? The link you posted implies that the activation key is baked into the USB stick it creates.

windows 8 and 8.1 product keys are embedded into the PC's firmware..

But suggest you save or get an product keys from the software you installed..

Nobody knows the extent of the Superfish - so I would suggest a clean install

Found the conflict by running "powercfg -energy." The report listed NETGEARGenie.exe (used to configure my router) as altering the platform timer resolution which can cause power management issues. Disabling NETGEARGenie.exe solved my issues.

Code:
Platform Timer Resolution:Platform Timer Resolution

The default platform timer resolution is 15.6ms (15625000ns) and should be used whenever the system is idle. If the timer resolution is increased, processor power management technologies may not be effective. The timer resolution may be increased due to multimedia playback or graphical animations.
