Solved BSOD randomly probably caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe

Hey everyone! Just registered to these forums and am in need of assistance.

I have been having BSOD's resulting from a few different errors. These BSOD's seem to happen at random as sometimes I can go a few days without a single problem. For instance, yesterday I came home to find that my PC had crashed not once, but THREE times all due to the same error! Also, I'm not sure if this is related or not, but yesterday I was playing FFXIV and the game CTD on me. A few seconds later my storage HDD disappeared from Windows and device manager. If anyone can give me some insight I would much appreciate it! :)

Update:

I have disconnected and uninstalled all of my Razer products, uninstalled Norton, and ran Memtest86 on both sticks of RAM. It turns out that the second stick I tested was bad.

These are the errors I received: View attachment 58523
I will warranty the stick as soon as I can. I will report back here by Saturday to update this thread as resolved or not assuming I don't have any more BSOD's. I am curious though, why would my Razer products or Norton cause a BSOD? Is it a driver issue? Can I use those products after I get my new stick of RAM?

Anyway, hopefully this will resolve my issues. Thank you for your time!

You can try. Razer software is very buggy and is known to regularly cause BSODs. AV software is no exception.
I can tell that your RAM is bad. RMA it and check how is the crashing then.

Final update:

After a couple days it seems that my PC has been running flawlessly without any errors. I have replaced the G.Skill RAM with a kit of Corsair Vengeance while I wait to get my warranty back from G.Skill.

Softwaremaniac I want to thank you again for your help!
