Multiple BSODs after new build, AMD driver quits working

So based on my crashdumps (ignore anything older than 2015, as those BSODs were caused by Nvidia drivers in my old build) it seems the issue is tied to CI.dll and anti-virus software. I'll probably run malwarebytes in safe mode as well as scannow from boot to check for viruses for that.

Where I'm conflicted is could this be related to my recent GPU issues? I thought the BSODs would be caused by the AMD gpu which has consistent issues. The driver will quit working then recover. Flash player appears to have odd lines pop up and sometimes it will just go completely black, despite being fully updated. Tonight my primary monitor had a bunch of lines on it but they disappeared when I changed the orientation to portrait and then back to landscape.

The last three crashes in the dumps have been "likely caused by": CI.dll, unknown image (though it seems to be tied to microsoft's anti-malware msmpeng.exe) and NTFS.sys. Are these related?

Things I've already done: Using DDU re-ripped out AMD drivers and re-installed, checked BIOS (it is up-to-date), run chkdsk but not memtest.

Edit: I don't think crashes are related to GPU stress, furmark running now maxing it out at 100% load. So it's not PSU related at the very least.

What do you mean take care? Anyways, memtest came back with 0 errors. SFC /scannow did not however, I'll be attaching another crash dump from a BSOD that occurred today and the log from the sfc /scannow. View attachment 58276

Also I have since deleted most of the red drivers there. I'm beginning to think some system files are corrupt in Windows because Windows update is having some issues downloading updates as well.

Also I noticed that the GPU driver stops and recovers when my CPU maxes out at 100%. Typically this is happening under light load, not gaming or anything.

I already did chkdsk but did another for the hell of it, results:

Ok, got another crash. Minidump won't list driver name, process is "system". Also and SFCFix doesn't appear to fix performance monitor.lnk which it claims is corrupt. It does fix CNBJ2530.dpb

Booting into driver verifier just left me in black with only the mouse cursor to keep me company but it's still on and running fine now. I've had one BSOD under it, which is the included minidump.

Test your HDD with Seatools bootable tool for DOS and test it with HD Tune from Windows.

I haven't had a BSOD in a few days. Hard Drive passed all tests. Going to format some spare drives, back up and re-install windows at this point I think. Last BSOD attached.

I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed AMD Driver using the Display Driver Tool from this **LINK**. Once it has removed the drivers, reinstall the latest drivers from the AMD Website and see if the crashes persist or not.

BugCheck Info: SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION (c1)
Bugcheck code 000000c1
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffcf810213af80, Address trying to free.
Arg2: 0000000000001313, Size of the memory block, as recorded in the pool block header.
Arg3: 0000000000000080, Size of the memory block, as computed based on the address being freed.
Arg4: 0000000000000021, Caller is trying to free an incorrect Special Pool memory block.
- The value of parameter 2 is stored at the very beginning of the memory
page that contains the virtual address being freed (parameter 1).
- The value of parameter 3 is computed as the number of bytes
available between the virtual address being freed (parameter 1)
and the end of that memory page.
- Under normal system behavior, the computed number of bytes (parameter 3)
is equal to the number of bytes stored in the header (parameter 2)
rounded up to an alignment of 8 bytes on 32 bit systems and 16 bytes
on 64 bit systems.
- On this system, the value of parameter 3 was smaller than the value of
parameter 2, so either the caller specified an incorrect virtual
address to be freed, or the beginning of this Special Pool memory page
was corrupted.
