While I don't get a BSOD, the computer cannot properly wake from either a sleep or hibernate state. I've attached the log files and memory dump as requested. Any assistance in identifying the culprit would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Daryn

Follow to help with Power State Failure on Win 8.1

Hey thanks so much for helping out.

Yes, I had previously disabled both the Wireless Bluetooth(R) 4.0 and Dual band AC 7260 drivers as my previously amateur sleuthing led me to believe I may have had a hardware problem with one of these. I've since updated both of these drivers to the latest. Whether there is a remaining hardware problem remains undetermined.

I could not find any updates to the two drivers you called out in read above. So I a) uninstalled the Toshiba Password Utility and 2) renamed the npf.sys driver to npf.old as I understand this is a save move. I ran the DM Log Collector again and attached the zip file for your review. Let me know if you see anything else funny looking..

Many thanks,
Daryn

Some of your crashes were caused by Bluetooth software. That's why I asked you to update it. Uninstall NetGear software.
