No new crash dumps are contained in the new zip. The latest in both is the same 20857. That means that there have been no further bsods.

Here's a new one. Sorry on wait. It took forever and I got frustrated with comp restarting so many times. This has all but the last 2 restarts.

No need for any sorry or anything like that.

Yes, there has been a new crash but the problem with it is that the driver list is truncated and I can not say anything further about it for the moment.

Here's what to do for now. This will not fix anything, but all those old crash dumps are unnecessary to have on the machine. So you can use CCleaner from Piriform to clean the machine of all old files and clean the registry too after.

When done, go into your bios settings and set it to Optimized Defaults then save.

I don't suspect that will even fix anything at this point because you do have the same crash over and over again, which is almost always caused by a single driver, but there are exception. Maybe this will fix it.

When and if there is a new crash, please post a new zip and on we will go.

Another thing that will not fix the crashes but very good to do is to visit your laptop makers site and install all the latest drivers for Windows 7 available for it. I notice you are actually missing some that your machine will benefit from having installed, regardless. Use Device Manager to do so, if necessary.

Just my 2, but you can sometimes force crashes with Driver Verifier (especially in a situation like this). If it is an offending 3rd party driver, the Driver Verifier enabled memory dumps will often tell you the name of the driver.

Just follow the instructions here: Driver Verifier Settings

Thanks Usasma...but all of his drivers are well and latest besides the ones previously mentioned. I don't ever rely on Driver Verifer, because I know all drivers and if they're stable or not, by visual inspection, their dates and whether they've ever crashed a machine before or not.

Ehhh...come on Usasma - you know that's not how it is or I did not intend anything like that at all.

I have a feeling, based on crash type and all drivers seen, that the ones requested to be removed somehow were not in a well manner. I'm usually on point with these gut feeling kind of things, but as I always say to cover myself lol "Anything is possible"

I didn't mean my post as in - "No, do not help" - I meant it in a technical way such as "nothing else is causing a problem."

Besides, you know them damn drivers as much as I do. Who you trying to fool?

To Hakurakashi - please recheck that those mentioned drivers are deleted and if not, do so then reboot. And of course, you are welcome to follow Usasma's post in case I was blind to something at all and made a mistake because of it.

They're in C:\Windows\System32\drivers as of the latest readable crash dump.
