Odd blue screen on startup

Hi guys, so today I turned on my computer and after the loading screen this weird blue screen popped up. It was there for about 30 seconds then my computer restarted. I've attached pictures of it I managed to take before it restarted.
So I'm looking to see if anyone knows what this might be and what I should do if it's something bad.

Are you able to get to the desktop? According to the pictures, it seems that it is probably related to hardware. Did you try resetting the BIOS options to Default Settings?
Do you hear the sounds of fan when the system starts? If you cannot hear anything, is there any airflow at the air vent which is generally present at the sides of the laptop or at the bottom of the laptop?

Hi blueelvis,

Yes I can get to the desktop, but the blue screen happened once then restarted and everything seems normal. But when it happened I did hear the fan running.
