random "kernel data inpage error" BSOD on Lenovo Y50

Not exactly, AHCI is generally better as it is a much faster configuration that works on the SATA bus. The older legacy IDE controller was used for the old IDE drives, but some programs aren't compatible with the newer, faster AHCI controllers.
Windows will not boot if you change the storage controller form what it was originally set as when you installed it. However, to use SeaTools DOS you need to use the IDE controller in order for the program to find your drive.
When you have performed the tests, change the storage controller back to AHCI and boot back into Windows, let us know the results.

I started long test on SeaTools for DOS about 10 hours ago. It is still running with no progress bar filling at all.

    Test progress -> Testing
Test information and results -> Started Long Test <date> @ <time>

I can move a mouse pointer but the time in upper right corner is not updating (stopped at the time of test start).
I'm not sure if program hangs or it is doing something. I can hear disk once in a while doing something.

Should I abort test or keep it running?

UPDATE: I had to reset computer because it hangs completely. Right now I'm scanning disk using SeaTools for Windows and long generic test.

After 3,5h SeaTools for Windows long test ended with PASS.

Later I tried SeaTools for DOS again, it detected disk but hangs (on long and fast test). Clock time in the top right corner stopped right at a time of test start.

I've found on Lenovo website windows program for testing hardware (Lenovo Diagnostics).

I run all possible tests: hard drive, memory, wireless, PCI, motherboard, video and CPU. All tests passed.

    Hi Shahmatt ^_^,

I am really sorry for the delayed response . Life is really busy as of now for all of us. Could you please upload a freshly generated Diagnostic ZIP File so that it could be analysed?

These minidumps aren't much help at all, we're going to need a full memory dump to do any analysis.

    Go the Start
    Right click My Computer
    Select Properties
    Click Advanced system settings
    Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Complete memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:
    C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

    Here's memory.dmp from 12th February: link
    I haven't BSODs since then.
Debugging information was set to Automatic then, now I changed it to Complete memory dump.
If I'll have new BSOD I will post new dump file.
